    A child's wet or soiled clothing/linens was/were not promptly changed as evidenced by [other agency observing staff wiping child mouth with the child's clothes after the child vomit.]. General Requirements [SR] Comments: At the time of complaint investigation, staff (MM) stated she wiped the child mouth with the child clothes and it was only a little spit up, this is not sanitary, on 10/8/25, other state agency was at the facility and observed the staff using the child's loose-fitting shirt to catch the vomit, forming it into a ball and tucking it into the child pants. 12. Night-time Care (Article XVI) Not Monitored Compliance Comments At time of compliant investigation, observed appropriate sanitizers, therefore this standard in compliance.
