CCF Handbook, Section 3.5, A Physical Environment [SR] Comments: During the inspection, Licensing Specialist observed on all of the playgrounds the black covering on the fence was ripped and loose. In the field the covering was also coming off. On the toddler playground the black tape that was holding the foam to the pole was peeling off and the foam was ripping. In the field there is a hole to the left by the fence that was measuring 5inches to 10 inches in depth. In the back of the field there was a black pole laying on the ground. On the vinyl fence there was grey fuzzy substance that is on the vinyl fence and on the black covering that was on the fence to the left upfront. On the middle playground gap(hole) in between the vinyl fence and the artificial grass measuring 3 inches in width and 6 inches in depth. The steps to the jungle gym the black covering was ripped and peeling. On the Big Playground that is by the parking lot at the bottom of the gate between the two playground there is piece of the fence sticking out and was sharp. There is a screw sticking out at the bottom of the vinyl fence. There are gaps(hole) in between the vinyl fence and the artificial grass(by the shade) measuring 6 inches in width and 2 inches in depth.
