An area(s) of the facility was observed to not be in good repair. SACCF Handbook, Section 3.1, A (Section 2.1 Health and Safety, Page 3) Physical Environment [SR] Comments: During the inspection, Licensing Specialist observed the ceiling panels around the vents in the cafeteria had a black substance on them. The director was given until February 26, 2026, to come into compliance with this standard. During the inspection, Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, SACCF Handbook Section 3.1 General Health and Safety Requirements A. All school-age program facilities must be clean, in good repair, and free from health and safety hazards and vermin. During the hours that the program is in operation, no portion of the building can be used for any activity that presents a risk to the health and safety of the children. Indoor and outdoor play areas must be inspected daily for basic health and safety and documented on a daily inspection log. Any problems must be corrected before the play area is used by children. Documentation must be maintained for 12 months. 13. There is paint buckets and a pile of pallets by the building. The director was given until February 26, 2026, to come into compliance with this standard. The outdoor play area must be clean and free from litter, nails, glass and other hazards.
