    The facility did not have documentation of a fire extinguisher being properly maintained to include being serviced and retagged timely, and/or with a current certificate. CCF Handbook, Section 3.8.2, B (Section 2.1 - Health and Safety, Page 3) Physical Environment [SR] Comments: Licensing Specialist observed Fire Extinguisher Not Serviced and with Expired tag ( expired 7/2025) (photo taken) . Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance to the Director: Fire Extingusher must be serviced yearly and re-tagged before expiration date. The fire extinguisher must be serviced and re-tagged by the due date for the facility to be in compliance. The Approved Fire Inspection was completed on 9/8/2024. The ladst fire drill was completed on 7/21/2025. Due to bad weather and storms, Licensing Specialist is unable to observe on-site fire drill today, but will observe fire drill at the next inspection. FOOD AND NUTRITION 24. Food Preparation Area CCF Handbook, Section 3.9 CCF Handbook, Section 3.9 (Form DEL-SR-6200A) Compliance Compliance Comments During the inspection, the Owner/Operator/Director advised that the facility provides meals and snacks to the children that are in care.
