The provider mentioned to license specialist that they are a group from homeschool program. Licensing Specialist arrived at 05:22 p.m. and informed the provider that the child care program with DCF operates from 4:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and no other program may be running during the child care hours of operation.
