CCF Handbook, Section 5.1, K (Section 2.1 Health and Safety, Page 3) The employer/owner/operator must add child care personnel to their Employee/Contractor Roster in the Clearinghouse within 5 days of when the individual has received a child care eligible result and has been hired at the facility. Additionally, the employer/owner/operator must add an end date for individuals on the Employee/Contractor Roster in the Clearinghouse within 5 days of the employees termination of employment. The Employee/Contractor Roster in the Clearinghouse must be accurate and up to date.
