    There were insufficient personnel readily accessible to meet ratio requirements during nap time. CCF Handbook, Section 2.4.2 (Section 2.1 - Health and Safety, Page 3) General Requirements [SR] Comments: At the time of inspection, the 1-year-old classroom was observed with one teacher in the classroom while the other teacher was coming back from break on the premises. The teacher returned to the classroom as the licensing specialist exited. Technical assistance was provided to ensure that classrooms with infants and 1-year olds always meet the ratio requirements, Additional technical assistance below: CCF Handbook, Section 2.4.2 Nap time Supervision During nap time, child care personnel must be within sight and hearing of all the children. All other child care personnel required to meet the staff-to-child ratio must be within the building on the same floor and available to be summoned if needed to ensure the safety of the children.
