    The facility did not have a current and approved annual fire safety inspection by the local fire authority. CCF Handbook, Section 3.8.2, A Physical Environment [SR] Comments: While reviewing fire inspection, it was observed by LS that the provider had a pending violation. Technical assistance was provided per CCF handbook "Unless statutorily exempted, all child care facilities must conform to state standards adopted by the State Fire Marshal, Chapter 69A-36, F.A.C., Uniform Standards for Life Safety and Fire Prevention in Child Care Facilities. A copy of the current and approved annual fire inspection report completed by a certified fire inspector must be on file with the licensing authority. If the program is granted a fire inspection exemption by the local fire inspection office, the exemption must be documented and maintained on file at the program" Last fire drill was conducted on 11.17.25, One fire drill using an alternate evacuation route was done on 11.17.25, One fire drill during napping/sleeping times was done on 8.11.25, and One fire drill in the presence and at the request of the licensing authority was done on 8.21.25, One emergency LOCKDOWN drill was done 8,21,25, and One emergency INCLEMENT WEATHER drill was done on 8.12.25.
