Outdoor play areas in the home were not free from litter, nails, glass, and other hazards. FDCH/LFCCH Handbook, Section 7.6, A Comments: 3.5 Outdoor Play Area A. The outdoor play area must be clean and free from litter, nails, glass and other hazards. The outside play area had a broken Trampoline, which arent allowed to be used by children in FDCHs. The play area had storages boxes stacked and broken toys (A little house and a play kitchen. There was a can of WD 40, and Broom and a pair of Mens work boots. The provider stated she wasnt letting the children use the play area as she was cleaning up some areas outside and closed the play area. The Fence was connected back, while this Licensing Specialist was completing the home inspection of the outside play area, to restrict access from the play area to another outside area, which the kids in care dont use..
