The infant was placed in the bouncer swaddled. The counselor advised the provider that the sleep sack was inappropriate because it restricted the infant's arms. The counselor advised the provider of the appropriate sleep sack, that can be used for children in care. The staff immediately removed the child at the time of inspection.
