(Section 3.2.A.2.a. and 3.2.C Training Requirements, Page 7) [SR] Comments: There are currently 17 employees. All 17 employee records were reviewed. One employee, LM, has been at the facility for over 90 days, did not complete the DEL approved health and safety training by the required date. New hires and current preservice trainees must complete all required preservice training within 90 days of initial employment with any SR provider by successfully completing one of the options below. If a new hire or preservice trainee elects to complete DCF courses in Option 1, they must also complete the two new health and safety courses (Health and Nutrition in the School Readiness Program and Safety Practices in the School Readiness Program).
