CCF Handbook, Section 3.12, C Sanitation and Equipment [SR] Comments: Licensing specialist observed a small wall climbing structure was not placed adequately in that the required distance between the structure and the fence was not met. This must be removed or correctly placed by 6/19/2026. Childcare Handbook states the following on Pg 38: 3.12 Outdoor Equipment C. All equipment, fences, and objects on the facilitys premises shall be free from sharp, broken and jagged edges, and properly placed to prevent overcrowding or safety hazards in any one area. D. Permanent or stationary playground equipment must have a fall/use zone that extends a minimum of 6 feet in all directions from the perimeter of the equipment. All types of ground cover must be maintained to provide resilience and reduce the incidence of injuries to children in the event of falls.
