   The childrens centers outdoor play area contained littler nails glass or other hazards that posed a threat to the health safety or well- being of the children. Comments: Licensing specialist confirmed there was a safety hazard on the playground that was not properly secured resulting in an injury. There were metal support beams and large shade cloth as well as large turf rolls on the side of the playground. An attempt was made to block off the area with cones and tape but the children were able to climb on the rolls of turf and get behind the taped off area.
