CCF Handbook, Section 3.10.1 Sanitation and Equipment [SR] Comments: 29-2: During the inspection, Licensing Specialist watched the camera footage from 1-23-2026 from 7:26 am-7:31 am in the Ones A room. Licensing Specialist observed that the teacher changed the diaper at 7:24:53 am. The teacher completed the diaper change at 7:27:00 am and did wash the childs hands or her own hands. The teacher sanitized the diaper table. The teacher changed the next childs diaper at 7:28:57 am. The diaper change was completed at 7:30:15 am and the teacher did not wash the childs hands. The teacher did wash her own hands at 7:30:50 am. The teacher did not sanitize the diaper table. The teacher changed another child at 7:36:06 am. The teacher completed the diaper change at 7:37:46 am and did not wash the childs hands. The teacher sanitized the diaper table at 7:38:24 am. The teacher did not wash her hands. During the inspection, Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, CCF Handbook, Section 3.10.1 Child care personnel and children must wash their hands thoroughly with soap and running water, dry, and follow personal hygiene procedures for themselves and while assisting others. Examples of activities when handwashing is required include but are not limited to: before and after eating, immediately following outdoor play, after toileting, following the use of any cleaners or toxic chemicals, before and after administering medication, and during food preparation and snack distribution.
