CCF Handbook, Section 3.1, A Physical Environment [SR] Comments: During the previous inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed in the 2 year old room the wall in the jack and jill bathroom near the bottom where the toilet is on the 2 year old side the paint is peeling. In the 2/3 room there are holes in the wall in the bathroom. In the 3 year old room the wall under the window the paint is peeling. During the reinspection, Licensing Specialist observed in the toddlers room the multicolor mat is ripping . In the VPK A room the corner of the wall by the sink the drywall is missing. In the 4 year old room the wall that is on the left side of the window there is paint peeling. In the bathroom there is a hole in the wall by the toilet paper dispenser and the wall boarder is separating from the wall by the door. There is a hole in the wall by the cubbies. The black rug is ripped. In the 3/4 year old room the walls in the following areas there is paint peeling: housekeeping, science and the writing center. There is a hole in the bathroom wall. In the the 2 year old room the wall in the jack and jill bathroom near the bottom where the toilet is on the 2 year old side the paint is peeling and there is a hole under the toilet paper dispenser. The soap dispenser that is part of the sink is missing the top part of the dispenser and is filled up with water and there is a white circle item floating in it. The walls in the following areas there is paint peeling: circle time and art center. In the 2/3 room there are holes in the bathroom wall under the toilet paper dispenser. There is paint peeling on the walls in the following areas: the cots and in circle time. In the 3 year old room The walls in the following areas there is paint peeling: under the window, and circle time. There is a hole in the wall under the toilet paper dispenser. The left side of the window seal there is drywall missing. The blue couch the surface is peeling. The blue chair the back the fabric is coming off. This is being marked non-compliant. During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist monitored 20 of the 20 employee records. When the Licensing Specialist was reviewing the files the licensing specialist observed one personnel that did not complete their School Readiness training within the 90 days. Child care personnel inappropriately interacted with children in care in a manner that was aggressive, demeaning or intimidating in nature. CCF Handbook, Section 8.2, C Enforcement [SR] Comments: During the inspection, the Licensing Specialist reviewed the video footage and saw the teacher holding the childs hand and was walking with her. While the teacher was walking with the child the child drops down to the ground and the teacher pulled up her up by one arm and continued to walk. This happened twice in a roll before the child continued to walk. The director brought this standard back in compliance at the time of inspection by going over the policy of what to do when a child drops down to the ground while walking with you.
