Child has whole milk allergy listed on enrollment form from 01-24-2025. Technical assistance provided that written documentation must be maintained in the child's file for as long as the child is in care and that special food restrictions must be shared with childcare personnel posted in an easily seen location that is not readily visible by parents or non-childcare personnel and must be followed.
