CCF Handbook, Section 3.1, A (Section 2.1 Health and Safety, Page 3) Physical Environment [SR] Comments: At time of inspection, Licensing Specialist observed a small hole in the wall behind the closet door in Room 902 and the toilet is clogged and overflowed. Work order was submitted for plumber to come out and repair the toilet. Technical assistance provided that all areas of the facility must be in good repair. 13.
