Ensure staff files are complete. Three staff need CPR/FA. One staff needs PD plan. One staff needs OCCLs Health and Safety training. One staff need health appraisals with TB results. Two staff need service letters or two documented attempts.

Ensure Parents Right to Know log is completed with current, new and touring families.

Ensure child files are complete. Three children need date of enrollment, days/hours of attending. One child needs an updated health appraisal. Three children need blood lead screening results.

Ensure a School Age Site Administrator or School Age Site Assistant is present during operating hours. Specialist observed 2 interns alone with 11 children. This was corrected when a School Age Administrator arrived.
