Compliance (Annual) The following deficiencies were found at the time of the compliance inspection conducted on May 13, 2026, and are subject to changes pending programmatic review. There were two personnel files reviewed. One fingerprint clearance card was verified to be valid through the DPS website at the time of the inspection. The other card showed "not valid" and is pending an enforcement action. A copy of the Notice of Inspection Rights was provided to the facility at the time of inspection. BCCL staff emailed the Empower Self-Evaluation Assessment link to the Provider.
