    Compliance (Annual) The following deficiencies were observed at the time of the annual compliance inspection conducted on 01-30-2026, and are subject to change pending programmatic review. 2 of 2 fingerprint clearance cards were verified to be valid through the DPS website at the time of the inspection. Please submit the Plan of Corrections via the LMS portal within 10 days of receipt of the Statement of Deficiencies. The Compliance Officer provided the facility with a paper copy of the Notice of Inspection Rights at the start of the inspection. The following was discussed, but not limited to: 1. Roster documentation requirements. 2. Current and updated hours of operation. 3. Gym space maintenance. 4. Staff annual training hour requirements. 5. Fingerprint card copies and verification requirements. 6. Foreign education documents. 7. First aid kit components. 8. Director attendance record requirements. 9. Suspension and expulsion policies--Statement of Services. 10. Weekly menu documentation requirements. 11. Availability of second servings of food.
