The Compliance Officer provided a paper copy of the Notice of Inspection Rights and the Small Business Bill of Rights to the Facility representative at the time of the inspection. Please submit the Plan of Corrections via the LMS portal within 10 days. The following was discussed, but not limited to: -Ensure the diaper changing area is complete with a soap and water spray for sanitizing the diaper changing area after use. Result: Complete Source: AZ Care Check (ADHS Bureau of Child Care Licensing).
