Compliance (Annual) The following deficiencies were observed at the time of the annual compliance inspection conducted on 10/28/2025, and are subject to changes pending programmatic review. Please submit the Plan of Corrections through the Licensing Portal within 10 days of receipt of the Statement of Deficiencies. Three of three Fingerprint Clearance Cards reviewed were valid through the DPS website. The following was discussed, but not limited to: *Wood in the outdoor activity area is free of splintered wood. *Horizontal and vertical gaps in outdoor fencing is no larger than 4 inches. *Lesson Plans are posted with a date. *Emergency, Information, and Immunization Record cards contain all required information.
