The Compliance Officers provided a paper copy of the Notice of Inspection Rights and the Small Bill of Rights to the facility director. A focused inspection was conducted. The following was discussed, but not limited to: *Ensure all rooms have a posted capacity. *Ensure students are not crossing the parking lot back and forth without department approval. *Ensure that parental permission is obtained for self-admission/release *R9-5-306.A.5 *Licensee added the following activity areas: -B-124 Play Structure and Restroom 1S-1T (Capacity 52 School- Age 5's and up) -B-137 Sensory Room and Restroom 1S-1T (Capacity 16- School-Age 5's and up) -B-140 Indoor Large Muscle Area (Capacity 353- School-Age 7-10 years old) -D-160 Lobby (Capacity 27- School-Age 7-10 years old) -D-161 Auditorium (Capacity of 158- School-Age) *The following rooms were updated: -Toddlers- Now B133 -109- Now B134 -Preschool- Removed -Sanctuary- Now D-161 -School-Age (Building B)- Now D-162 -Sanctuary- Now B-140 -School-Age- Now B-131 -Preschool- Now B-132 Result: Complete Source: AZ Care Check (ADHS Bureau of Child Care Licensing).
