Compliance (Annual) The following deficiencies were observed at the time of the Compliance Inspection conducted on 6/22/2026 and are subject to changes pending programmatic review. The Compliance Officer provided a paper copy of the Notice of Inspection Rights and the Small Business Bill of Rights to the Provider at the time of the inspection. The Emergency Disaster Contact form was completed at the time of the inspection. BCCL staff emailed the Empower Self-Evaluation Assessment link to the Provider. Please submit the Plan of Corrections via the LMS portal within 10 days. 2 of 2 Fingerprint Clearance cards were verified to be valid through the DPS website during the time of the inspection. The following was discussed but not limited to: 1. Working thermometer in the freezer. 2. Staff/volunteer and household member file requirements. 3. 42" tall play structure and fall zones requirements. 4. Children's Record Cards must be complete. 5. Staff-to-child ratios and maintaining the ratios at all times, and who counts in ratios. 6. Annual staff training hours are based on a staff's starting date of employment.
