A caregiver's transportation training was last completed in April of 2024. The caregiver completed the training during the inspection.

A fire extinguisher in a transportation vehicle was observed to have last been serviced in July of 2024 and was observed to be below the required fill level. The Director replaced the fire extinguisher with a properly filled and serviced fire extinguisher during the inspection.
