746.3819 - Food Allergy Emergency Plan Signed by Parents and Health Care Professional

One child with a food allergy has an incomplete food allergy emergency plan. It does not include what is needed and the steps to take if the child has an emergency reaction. The plan did not include a signature from both the parent and a doctor.

The operational policies did not include procedures for supporting inclusive services to children with special care needs.

746.303(b) - Report Number of Employees

The operation did not report the number of employees who left employment in 2024 by the January 15th deadline.

746.2421(b) - Written Feeding Instructions - Review and Update Every 30 Days

Seven infants in the younger infants classroom had feeding instructions that had not been reviewed and signed by the parent in over 30 days.

746.1301(a)(5)(A) - Training Requirements for Employees, Caregivers, and Directors - 24 Annual training

One of six staff files evaluated was missing 7 hours of the required 24 hours of annual training.

746.1315(a) - Each Caregiver and the Director Must Have Current Training in pediatric first aid with rescue breathing and choking.

Two caregivers had first aid/cpr that had expired and one caregiver that has worked at the operation more than ninety days did not have completed first aid and CPR.
