The center self reported two incidents the following two incidents: On July 25, 2025, child care workers were not able to guide children's behavior and activities when two children, ages 5-years-old and 6-years-old, were involved in inappropriate activities. On 7/9/25, a small group of children were not being supervised to guide behavior and activities when they were involved in inappropriate activities.
