On 9/16/25, center staff observed the Assistant Director forcibly grab two children by their wrists and pull them through the outdoor play area, then drop them by the fence in a rough manner, resulting in one of the children sustaining superficial injuries on their legs. Staff also observed on 9/16/25 the Assistant Director yelled into another child's face to "sit down", causing the child to cry.
