Per interviews there were numerous times that child care workers were not supervising the children: children ran away from the class to the stairs; workers are leaving the room and asking another worker to stand in the hallway between the two rooms; and workers are leaving the group of children alone to go to kitchen. On 10/21/25, Licensor observed 2 two-year-old children in the hall near the entrance door unsupervised while worker was in the bathroom helping other children.
