On 08/27/24, the center self-reported a staff person was mishandling children in the Pooh Classroom and aggressively putting children on cots and on the ground. Upon review of the video footage, staff members in two classrooms (Pooh and Panda Rooms) were observed roughly and improperly lifting and moving children in unsafe manners, pushing children's heads down onto cots, and repositioning children by pulling the child by an arm and a leg to turn the children to a different position on their cots.
