    The center self-reported that on March 3rd, two children opened the gate on the half wall that separated the classroom and proceeded to go to the exit door and open it while the kids and staff were getting dressed to go outdoors. A staff member who was on break saw the children and brought them back into the building. The children were without supervision on the other side of the half wall for approximately 5 minutes.
