The center allows children to use these toys in the parking lot of the center posing a potential hazard with vehicles coming in and out of the parking lot. There are loose cords in the T'marim classroom and Tziporim classroom. In the Tziporim classroom, there is a microwave on a low shelf accessible to children in that classroom. In the Tziporim classroom, there is a basket that has latex gloves and loose plastic bags accessible to children. These items pose a potential choking and suffocation hazard.
