In the Stork Classroom on 2/11/26, a staff member used potentially injurious prohibited actions when they picked a child up by their onesie and flipped them around from their belly to their back. In the Tiger Classroom on 2/20/26, staff dragged a child across the floor with a hula hoop and another staff grabbed the same child by the wrists and restrained the child.
