The facility staff did not immediately notify a child's parents when she accidently swallowed a pop top at lunch. Staff were notified at 12:40 and parents were not notified until 4:15pm when they child was picked up. Parents took child to the hospital to get checked out. Rule 252.41(5)(a)2.
