On January 8, 2025, workers failed to implement the centers name to face tracking procedure when exiting the gym and again when reaching their destination. Resulting in workers not knowing the whereabouts of a 5-year-old child. The child was not noticed as missing until workers were questioned by a sibling. Workers believed the child was missing for 42 minutes; however, the child was actually missing for 70 minutes before being found.
