On 11/20/25 center management was made aware of prohibited actions by a childcare teacher on two separate occasions involving the same child. Child Guidance - Prohibited Actions (251.07(2)(e))

A video provided to the department shows that on 10/20/25 a childcare teacher pulled a child by one leg and then one arm from under a desk. The childcare teacher then moved the child twice by kicking/pushing him with her foot. The second time the childcare teacher kicked/pushed him a chair on top of a stack of chairs then fell on him. A report to the department indicates that on November 20, 2025, the same child care teacher pushed/kicked the same child with her foot causing him to fall to the floor.
