On June 17, 2025, a child care worker used prohibited actions when disciplining a 6.5-year-old child in care. Prohibited actions observed with the child were, forcefully grabbing them by their arm/bicep-leaving three fingernail marks on the child's arm, roughly swinging the child up to the worker's hip to carry the child out of the classroom and yelling at the child.
