Each child was not closely supervised by a child care worker within sight and sound of the children when, on February 21, 2025, 2 two-year-old children left their classroom without staff supervision. One child was found near the front door of the center and was returned to the classroom by a staff member. The other child walked out the door of the center and into the hallway where the center connects to the Princeton Club. This child was returned to the classroom by a parent.
