Based upon observation, the paint was deteriorated in areas accessible to children in the blue room, the yellow trim leading to the outdoor play area, the black trim leading to the bathroom, the trim of the diaper storage closet, in the outdoor play space, the small playhouses on the deck, yellow facade on the side of the building, the red metal teeter totter, and blue wooden trim by basketball hoop. The center failed to implement their policy of positive reinforcement and consistency to maintain a positive relationship with the children and to help a child develop self-control, self-esteem: 1. When children misbehave they are required to walk laps on the playground while other children are playing. 2. On 9-2-25, 18 month room, during lunch, one child was eating shredded beef with bread, the Licensing Specialist observed a Teacher sticking their finger on the shredded beef and then used a plastic fork to show the child how to put the beef on the bread.
