Parent Notification - Injury, Consumption Of Allergen, Incorrect Medication (251.04(4)(a)2.c.)

Rule requires that parents shall be immediately notified of any head injury received by their child while in care. A head injury is defined as a bump, blow, or jolt to the head. It was discovered through a Self-Report that a child received a head injury while in care at the program and the parent was not immediately notified. On 6/11/26, a 5 year old child had received a head injury at approx. 9:40am, and the parents were not notified until approx. 11:10am.
