The program did not implement what is written in the center's policies when the policy states that staff will attempt to redirect the child and speak calmly and soothingly to help the child work through a situation. On June 27, 2025, a teacher in the Primary Classroom was observed not providing redirection or speaking calmly and soothingly to a child. Additionally, the teacher did not redirect another child when the child entered the bathroom and the teacher went into the bathroom and physically removed the child.
