The program self reported that on 7/16/25 a staff member failed to implement the program's child guidance policy, when a staff member grabbed a ten year old child's arms who was exhibiting escalating behavior. The child was upset and left the gym on their own, a staff member followed the child out to the hallway. The child kicked two baskets then the staff member grabbed the child's arms while talking and then held the child's arms down while walking down the hallway.
