On 03/15/24 an exception was granted for DCF 251.06(1)(c), space designated for use by children may only be used by children and staff and may not be used for other purposes while the center is open. The exception stated all children, regardless of age, will have staff supervision while using the restroom. Staff will accompany children, clear restroom of individuals not associated with the center, and maintain supervision within the restroom at all times while children are using the restroom.
