It was observed on the day of the licensing visit that the siding and concrete foundation in the outdoor play area are in need of sanding and/or repainting. The concrete foundation is chipping and paint is peeling off of the concrete, and there are pieces of wooden trim that have peeling and chipping paint. These areas are accessible to children.
