As observed during the monitoring visit, a child care worker in the infant room did not strap a child in on the diaper changing table. On file for two children were blanket medical authorization for over-the-counter cold & cough medication that exceeded the length of time specified on the label. Blanket authorizations are prohibited when they exceed the length of time specified on the label.
