The Department did not have unrestricted access to the premises identified in the license pursuant to s. 48.73, Stats., including access to staff records, when all records of staff hours worked in January 2025 were requested, but not received. The records were requested on 2/20/25 and the licensee agreed to provide them by 2/21/25. The records were not received, and the Department re-requested them on the morning of 2/26/25 - to be submitted by the end of that day.
