On May 8, 2026, a child care worker failed to adhere to the center's tracking procedure of a name-to-face count when she left a three-year-old child outside while the rest of the class went inside. The center self-reported that child care workers failed to supervise children when a four-year-old child reported that another four-year-old child touched him inappropriately in the calm down corner.
