This was identified as a requirement to be met during the compliance visit conducted on 07/02/2024. The BFIS accounts for six (6) staff persons contained expired CPR certification and the current CPR certification documentation was confirmed on site. Corrective action: Submit the required qualification documentation to Northern Lights (NL@CCV) for uploading to each individual's Quality and Credential account by 09/01/2025.
