Corrective action: Ensure that these staff members complete the Vermont Orientation Training by 1/13/2025. Send an email to sarah.crosier@vermont.gov when they are complete. Develop a system to ensure that all staff who are required to complete this training do so before they are counted in ratio or left alone with children.
