Factual basis: The program did not practice monthly evacuation drills in March, July, or October 2025. In addition, in the last twelve (12) months, there was no evacuation drill practiced at nap time. This rule was also cited out of compliance in February 2024 and March 2022. Corrective action: Email a program improvement plan to Licensor Rielly that describes the system that will be used to remember to practice monthly evacuation drills. Conduct and document two (2) evacuation drills monthly for the months of January, February, and March of 2026. By the first of each month until April first, send Licensor Rielly the documentation of the conducted evacuation drills. Ensure that there is at least one (1) evacuation drill conducted at nap time and documentated as such every year moving forward.
